Is Teeth Whitening Right for You?
Age 18+ and in good general oral health.
Teeth whitening is recommended for adults 18 and older because your teeth and gums are fully developed by this age. This helps ensure the treatment is safe, comfortable, and gives you the best, most even results.
Cavities or bleeding gums
If you have cavities or bleeding gums, it’s important to visit your dentist first. Once your teeth and gums are healthy, we can safely move forward with whitening.
Pregnancy or Breastfeeding
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, teeth whitening is not recommended. It’s best to wait until after this period so you and your baby stay safe while you brighten your smile.
Sensitivity
Some people may feel temporary sensitivity after whitening, especially to cold drinks or foods. This is normal and usually fades within 24–48 hours, and we can adjust your treatment if you tend to have sensitive teeth.
The Process

Step 1
Prep your teeth and mouth, then we apply the mouth guard so everything is protected and ready for whitening.
2.
Step 4
We gently remove the gel and gum barrier, give your mouth a rinse, and then you get to see your brighter results.
3.
Step 2
Dry and clean the mouth, then we apply the barrier gel to protect your gums before whitening begins.
4.
Step 5
After your whitening, we’ll go over simple aftercare tips to help your results last longer. You can also book your next session so you stay on track for your brightest smile.
5.
Step 3
We apply the whitening gel and place your teeth under the LED light while you relax with protective glasses on.
